• <H1>       Susie’s Simply Sell Property  was created by me, SUSIE BUTLIN,  to give people an advertising tool and package to help people  sell their PRIVATE SALE PROPERTIES in Tatamagouche and the  surrounding areas in Nova Scotia.  
• <H1>  After  being a licensed realtor since 1997, and part of a number one selling team in Tatamagouche  for many years,  I wanted to come up with a simple way to help people that want to sell their own property.  Having been a very successful realtor, I understand the usefulness and reasons for listing with a real estate company.  I am not trying to take business away from those that need the assistance of a professional realtor.  My company is  simply set up to   help those that don’t need all of  the services provided by a real estate company.  In today’s economy not everyone has the flexibility in their budget to pay commissions, and they may simply want to sell their properties themselves. Hence the name of the company  SIMPLY SELL PROPERTY.   I fully understand , so if you need help I can advertise your property, place a sign on your property, put ads in local papers, put your property on my showcase on Main St. Tatamagouche,  share my knowledge,  and more.. 
• <H1> During my years in the real estate industry, I was known for my professionalism, knowledge, hard work,  integrity, and persistence to get the job done.   I want to carry on with the same hard working reputation,  but do it to help others in a different way.   I am proud to say I have created  this company , designing  the signs, the bulletin board, and even  this website.    I have lots of experience in advertising, offers, listings, and lots of helpful  information pertaining to the  real estate industry.
• <H1>   Our area has become a destination for people from many countries as a great place to live in or retire to.   With its many attractions, tourist sites, and great community infrastructure, organizations, and volunteer groups too numerous to mention,  I am happy to help newcomers to our area, both looking to move here, and those just  visiting,  with this  venture..
